Your mouthwash will help you to kill bacteria and stop it accumulating in your teeth. Especially for plaques and other gum diseases, this is a really good option. But make sure you select a good brand for this.

Mint in your bag

It is best if you can pick some fresh herbs like mint from your garden. Even if you don’t have a garden, they are great indoor pot plants.
